• Heart for Change is a motivated foundation in Colombia that supports the "Dream of bilingual Colombia". The foundation is part of a National Development Plan in which the amount of English speakers in the country is aimed to increase.

Travel & Cooperate

• The foundation is located in Colombia and the volunteer projects take place throughout the country. 
• Volunteers from many countries in the world have come to Colombia to support the education system.

Learning & Developing Talent

• Through the volunteer programs, the foundation aims to support personal development and cross-cultural understanding for both the volunteers and the Colombian students and teachers. 

Work & Initiate

• The foundation continually looks for more opportunities to increase the English education in Colombia, since the English language is believed to be the 'language of opportunity' and essential for Colombia's socio-economic development.
