Hey freshies!
When I was in my first year I FREAKED out when I was able to buy, let's say the second edition of a book, but the syllabus of the new subjects asked us to buy the third edition. Relatable?
Often the newer edition of a book is a lot more expensive than older versions, and often times also not availiable second hand - thus has a massive impact on your bankaccount.
Over the years I realized that newer versions of books contain often times just minor adjustments or a change of order of chapters. Therefore, in most cases the older version of a book is JUST FINE! However, talk to your professors about it and check if you find the new version on amazon (or similar) and compare the table of contents.

Thanks for the tip!! Have you found any adjustments between the second and the third edition so far?
