Stichting Duurzame Samenwerking Papua Barat (SDSP)

Deze Nederlandse organisatie biedt vrijwilligerswerk en stageplaatsen aan in West-Papoea, Indonesië. Er worden projecten aangeboden waar je als vrijwilliger aan de slag kunt op het gebied van projectevaluatie, veldonderzoek voor nieuwe projecten en bouw- en renovatiewerkzaamheden. Zo zijn er mogelijkheden tot bouw- en renovatiewerkzaamheden bij scholen en huizen. Er zijn de afgelopen jaren diverse projecten rond voedselbossen en agro-forestry gestart. Een andere mogelijkheid is om bijvoorbeeld mee te werken binnen het moeder-kind project, waarbij aandacht wordt besteed aan gezondheid en opvoeding. Het is ook mogelijk om in Nederland aan de slag te gaan als vrijwilliger. Je kunt je dan onder andere inzetten voor de fondsenwerving, onderzoek doen naar nieuwe projecten en het voorbereiden van vrijwilligers.
