Actually, Gretchen Rubin wrote the book the Happiness Project. She blogs personally every year, something about her Happiness Project. I was inspired by her and tried to make my own list, a little bit of her and a little bit of myself, custom-made. Very personal, but on the other side it is not.
It is 26 things for 2026:
1. Eat something new, do something different, explore once a month.
2. Make a list of people to reconnect with.
3. More sustainability in the house, LED lamps check.
5. Put photos with contacts on my phone.
6. Clean up online, e-mails and passwords.
7. Read classic novels, make list on Goodreads.
8. Keep on simplifying and decluttering.
9. Give time and attention to love.
10. Blog on Worldsupporter.
11. Make one plan a week.
12. Meditate.
13. Continue familytree analysis.
14. Fix stuff in the house.
15. Try new apps.
16. Move and walk more constructive.
17. Stop collecting stuff for others.
18. More music, play vinyl and CDs.
19. Do something with tango.
20. Organize photos and papers.
21. Speak and practice more French.
22. Declutter: eat food in food storage.
23. Grow and eat herbs from the garden.

25. Listen to music that makes me feel good.
