Help & Inspire
The mission of DAKTARI Bush School & Wildlife Orphanage is to enable today’s local underprivileged children to eventually be able to secure good employment in nature reserves, thereby improving their future quality of life. They inspire the children to care for their environment through the medium of the wildlife orphanage.
- The children benefit by getting hands-on education and the school gives them personal education and general life skills to enhance their future chances.
- The animals benefit by receiving suitable care and accommodation.
- The local communities benefit by their children being better educated and more eager to pursue a career in eco-tourism. Thereby the environment benefits from more people caring and understandig environmental issues and the importance for the future.
