Coach Ghanaian youth to develop their skills

You assist in a project which aims to develop the skills of Ghanaian youth; from academic skills to life skills.
You conduct research to identify what local challenges and needs are in order to understand which skills need extra attention.
You help developing new methods for coaching youth on specific skills.

What do you gain?

Competences: human awareness, developing a vision, cooperating.
You receive local support during your stay and your accommodation will be arranged.
You work directly with local staff and learn how a NGO operates.

What do you need?

Competences: communicating, taking initiative, analysing.
You are enrolled or have obtained a vocational, applied sciences or university degree (MBO/HBO/WO).
You are 21 years or older.
