Coach Ghanaian youth to develop their skills

  • You assist in a project which aims to develop the skills of Ghanaian youth; from academic skills to life skills.
  • You conduct research to identify what local challenges and needs are in order to understand which skills need extra attention. 
  • You help developing new methods for coaching youth on specific skills.

What do you gain?

  • Competences: human awareness, developing a vision, cooperating.
  • You receive local support during your stay and your accommodation will be arranged.
  • You work directly with local staff and learn how a NGO operates.

What do you need?

  • Competences: communicating, taking initiative, analysing.
  • You are enrolled or have obtained a vocational, applied sciences or university degree (MBO/HBO/WO).
  • You are 21 years or older.
