The on-site part of the project is finished. Considering the short time spent at the site we will still be engaged for a short time to ensure the online marketing initiatives are taken on by the organisation in a manageable way in order to generate more visitors over the coming time. It seems that the managing team has taken on well to the idea of using online channels to increase their revenue from visitors although technical hurdles still exist. All in all, this has proven to be (and still is) a great opportunity to meet and engage with the local community and get involved to transfer knowledge relating to running a business (and expanding the customer base) in light of long term sustainable development.
