Mohr Avocats is opgericht door Marloes Mohr, die een van de weinige Nederlands sprekende advocaten is die een volledige advocatenopleiding in Frankrijk heeft afgerond.
Het kantoor richt zich op Nederlandse midden- en kleinbedrijven en houdt zich voornamelijk bezig met ondernemingsrecht, arbeidsrecht en incasso. Naast de zakelijke richt het kantoor zich ook op de particuliere markt.
Mohr Acovats procedeert voor alle Franse juridische instanties door heel Frankrijk.
