Vraag 1.
a. Gedurende de zestiende en zeventiende eeuw vochten de noordelijke Nederlanden zich los van hun landsheer, de Spaanse koning Philips II. Deze oorlog, de Nederlandse Opstand, wordt vaak een conservatieve revolutie genoemd. Leg uit waarom deze revolutie als conservatief wordt bestempeld.
b. Toen in de periode 1813/1815 het Koninkrijk der Nederlanden werd gesticht, greep men voor de institutionele vormgeving hiervan terug op enkele ambten en ambtsdragers uit de tijd van de, ongeveer twintig jaar eerder ten val gekomen, Republiek der Zeven Verenigde Nederlanden. Noem er hier twee van. Geef voorts van beide aan in hoeverre de functie ervan in het nieuwe staatsbestel overeenkwam met de functie ervan ten tijde van de Republiek.
Vraag 2.
Op een zonnige dag in juni stapt Pieter Ratelband op zijn fiets om bij de boekhandel in het Gelderse dorp Stapveen een cadeau te kopen voor zijn jarige broer. In plaats van zijn fiets in één van de daartoe bestemde fietsenrekken te plaatsen, parkeert hij zijn fiets voor de etalage van de boekhandel. Na een mooi platenboek over de Koninklijke familie te hebben gekocht loopt hij weer naar buiten. Daar ziet hij nog net hoe zijn fiets wordt meegenomen in een politiebusje. Wanneer de dienstdoende agent weigert hem zijn fiets terug te geven, slaan bij Pieter Ratelband de stoppen door. Hij begint tegen de agent op een zeer grove en godslasterlijke manier te schelden. Daarop wordt hij door de agent geverbaliseerd op grond van overtreding van de volgende bepaling in de APV van de Gelderse gemeente Stapveen:
