Are you also excited, for the day, we can freely travel again? If the day will ever come... Just to stay positive and to prepare for your future travels, this is all you need... It is Corona-proof.

All you need is: 

• Free your schedule for a day or longer
• A map of the world
• Blindfold
• Groceries

Put the blindfold on, stand on the map of the world and point a destination randomly, since you can't see.

Our destination is French Polynesia! The whole week, you can read about your destination (I will call it French Polynesia, but every week it can be another destination). Get your travelbook, either from your own book shelf, the JoHo Kringloop, one of your friends or surf online and start preparing for your trip! Read up about French Polynesian culture, the islands, art, everything. And while reading you are also getting excited. I have never been in FP, it is expensive, there are beautiful islands you can dive, it is very far. 

When you prepare: Don't forget your clothes, and do some groceries. 

Next saturday, we wear clothes you would wear in French Polynesia, swimming clothes ;-) A flower in my hair, and a skirt made of romblom (if I can find one in the closet). We eat French Polynesian, you have to do some research. Sweet potatoes and fish and baguette, it is French. Listen to french polynesian music, watch French Polynesian movies or a movie taped in Bora-Bora. Drink the drinks, local rum or a mocktail with coconut juice. 

Throw your deadlines, schedules away, turn your phone of for the duration of your holiday, it is so remote in French Polynesia, so you cant be online ;-). Read a book which you would read on your holiday and be happy, it is a holiday after all.

The formula, is repeat, repeat and repeat, next week another destination.... This time, I have thought about my own health and well-being. It is not easy to stay home, so it is time to re-energize, instead of cleaning all the time, I am looking forward to this weeks Corona-proof trip.
