Travel in Congo DRC
- Congo-Kinshasa, also known as the Democratic Republic of Congo and formerly Zaire. It is the largest Central African country with an incredible diversity in nature and culture. The country has one of the most beautiful nature reserves on the entire African continent: the Virunga National Park. This park is home to gorillas. Most of Congo-Kinshasa is too dangerous to travel, but you could still drive through the country with a sturdy car as highlights of a journey across Africa.
