Dit college gaat over de termen betrouwbaarheid en validiteit. De onderwerpen die in dit college aan bod komen zijn: Allereerst het Model klassieke testtheorie. Dit is een model voor testscore (KTT). De testscore is de ware score + meetfout (X = T + E). Ten tweede betrouwbaarheid. En tot slot wordt er gesproken over validiteit.
