How to log in or sign in?
Go to the login page to log in or use the "log in" link at the top right of the menu, visible on every page.
How does the activaton of you account on Worldsupporter.org works?
- check your email for the necessary confirmation link!
- Log in by clicking this link or copying and pasting it to your browser
- This link can only be used once to log in and will lead you to a page where you can set your password.
- After setting your password, you will be able to log in at https://www.worldsupporter.org/user
- After you logged in for the first time, you can complete your profile
Can you also log into WorldSupporter.org with your JoHo.org.account?
- No, your account and login on WorldSupporter.org is separate from your account on JoHo.org due to digital security and the different roles of both websites. That is, you have been given your own account page (user page) on both websites.
- With your account on WorldSupporter.org you can also create your own content and put it on the website.
- With your account on JoHo.org you have insight into your subscriptions, memberships and insurances
You forgot your username or password, now what?
- Instead of your username, you can also login with your e-mail address.
- Forgot your password? Click on the 'Log in' link at the top right of any page and choose 'request new password'.
- You will then receive a link that allows you to log in and be redirected directly to a page where you need to set a new password. The link you receive is valid for 1 day. Please enter a new password immediately. Please note that your password is case sensitive, so please check that Caps Lock is on or off.
- If the problems with your password persist, try logging in with another browser (e.g. Firefox or Chrome, depending on what you have already tried) and disable your password manager function if you are using it.
- In an exceptional case, a maintenance activity may have taken place try again later or contact WorldSupporter
You get an error message when you want to create a personal profile?
- Do you want to create a profile (account) and are you already a JoHo donor or subscriber (Member)? Then use the same email address as when you registered (you also use that email address for logging into joho.org).
- Do you get the message that the email address is already in use? Then use the 'forgot password' option to regain access to your account.
- Switch browsers or devices. If it doesn't work in another browser either, try again later.
You are logged in but still can't read all shared materials?
- Supporters can choose to set the access level to 'JoHo WorldSupporter member with full access' when posting their contributions.
- To ensure you have access to all shared JoHo WorldSupporter contributions you need to be a 'JoHo WorldSupporter member with full online access'.
- Not a member yet? You can fill out the registration form on joho.org and then indicate in your account that you are a 'JoHo WorldSupporter member with full access'. You will then immediately have the additional access rights.
- Have you already become a member and still don't have access? On your profile you can change your access to 'I am a JoHo WorldSupporter member with full access' if you have not done so already.
You had access to all shared materials, but suddenly no longer?
- If the access level of your WorldSupporter account has been lowered then the email address you used with your WorldSupporter account does not match a valid donation or subscription. This can have different causes
- The mail address of your WorldSupporter account is not the same as that of your member registration.
- The direct debit for your membership has failed.
- If a direct debit has failed, you will be contacted by JoHo WorldSupporter, please check your spam folder to see if you have missed a message.
- To indicate that you wish to register a second email address with your JoHo membership you will need to log in to joho.org and fill in the form for adjustments on JoHo.org
You want to complete your Worldsupporter profile account?
- Once you are logged in, you can complete your account and profile
- you can complete or update your Worldsupportership (mini-cv)
- you can add or update a profile picture ad a theme picture for your user-profile
- you can change the subject or organization you wish to follow
- you can add or change other Woldsupporters you wish to follow
- you can add links to your other social media or favorite websites
- you can update the status of your Worldsupporter membership if you signed up for a JoHo membership
- or you can skip this step for now, complete your profile later and start exploring and using Worldsupporter first
