Visualize your dreams with a mindmap. Where are you now? What do you dream of? How would you want your life to look 3 years from now?
Organize your dreams. You have to make a choice what to do first. Per dream: how would you like to accomplish the dream? How much energy do you get to work on this dream? It is a matrix, to delegate/ to do/to test/to let go and what you like to do/ gives you energy/ what you don't really like to do/less energy.
Make a Purpuz plan, divided into steps. Make a mindmap with small steps.
The Purpuz pad, put the steps with the goal and how much time it will cost. So the total time it will cost you can use for your deadline.
Make a monthly planning, with the goals. Because a happy life is more than goals, also make time for other energy giving things. Who would you like to meet? Where would you like to go? What would you like to experiment with? What is the reward to yourself? What are the steps you want to take this month? Fill in the creative space, draw, color etc.
Week planning, check the beginning of the month if the weekly to do's are do-able. Weekly goal, wisdom quote challenge of the week is stated, daily reflection, make a weekly goal, weekly calendar, creative space.
Daily reflection: what went well? What made you proud? Daily growth, what would you like to do different tomorrow?
Questions to yourself, look into the future. Monthly check in.
It is worth buying the Purpoz planner, it helped me, and I am not a long term planner, but this planner doesnt make it seem it is long term, it is a visible step by step planner to use as a guide and for inspirational purposes.
