Onrechtmatige daad voor bestuurders

Als een bestuurder laks of bewust verkeerd handelt, kan dat ex 2:9 BW middels 6:162 BW aangemerkt worden als een onrechtmatige daad. Kijk hiervoor naar het Beklamel-arrest.
