Intro: life and experiences in Uzbekistan

Uzbekistan is a country that appears on few bucket lists, but is definitely worth a visit! You can think about visiting famous Silk Road cities, strolling through oriental markets, and hiking over craggy mountain ranges. You can even travel through the country by train these days. Uzbekistan's rich history, intertwined with the Silk Road, has left it with beautiful architecture and massive Islamic structures. Despite the drying up of the Aral Sea, the fairly conservative government and incidents with Muslim extremists, most people in Uzbekistan are most friendly.
