  • Cultuur is het geheel van sociale en materiële kenmerken van een groep mensen, waaronder waarden, normen, taal, gebruiken, kunst, religie en technologie. Cultuur beïnvloedt onze identiteit en geeft ons een gevoel van verbondenheid met anderen. Conflict is een onenigheid of meningsverschil tussen twee of meer partijen die kan leiden tot spanning, wrijving of zelfs geweld. Conflicten kunnen ontstaan door verschillende factoren, zoals concurrerende belangen, miscommunicatie of onverenigbare waarden.
