‘Blijft de onzekerheid voor zzp’ers bestaan?’

Door de invoering van de Wet DBA is het binnenhalen van zelfstandigen lastiger, aangezien er meer administratie gedaan moet worden. Met de invoering van deze wet overwegen veel ondernemers om te stoppen als zelfstandige. Het is namelijk lastiger geworden om opdrachten te krijgen.

Is er onrust onder de zzp’ers?

Staatssecretaris Wiebes besloot om de handhaving van de Wet DBA uit te stellen tot 2018, wat tot veel onduidelijkheid en onzekerheid heeft geleid onder de zelfstandigen. Uit angst voor naheffingen stoppen veel werkgevers hierdoor met het inhuren van zzp’ers. Volgens Wiebes moeten alleen de kwaadwillende ondernemers die met schijnconstructies werken bang zijn voor boetes en is de onzekerheid nergens voor nodig.

Wat kunnen werkgevers doen?

Volgens Wiebes vindt de handhaving nog steeds plaats bij de werkgevers. Om te voorkomen dat er sprake is van schijnzelfstandigheid, dienen werkgevers een payroll-constructie in te voeren, waarbij de zelfstandige in dienst is van een payroll-onderneming, die de salarisadministratie beheert. Volgens ZZP Nederland is het niet van deze tijd dat een zelfstandige aan dient te tonen dat hij geen werknemer is. Zelfstandige ondernemers verdienen volgens hen een eigen rechtspositie, waardoor er een wettelijk onderscheid moet komen tussen de zelfstandigen die werken in opdracht van bedrijven en de zelfstandigen die diensten verlenen aan particulieren.

When you have found a magazine of your likings, add that page to your favorites so you can easily go to that starting point directly from your profile during future visits. Below you will find some start magazines per field of study
  2. Use the menu above every page to go to one of the main starting pages
  3. Tags & Taxonomy: gives you insight in the amount of summaries that are tagged by authors on specific subjects. This type of navigation can help find summaries that you could have missed when just using the search tools. Tags are organised per field of study and per study institution. Note: not all content is tagged thoroughly, so when this approach doesn't give the results you were looking for, please check the search tool as back up
  4. Follow authors or (study) organizations: by following individual users, authors and your study organizations you are likely to discover more relevant study materials.
  5. Search tool : 'quick & dirty'- not very elegant but the fastest way to find a specific summary of a book or study assistance with a specific course or subject. The search tool is also available at the bottom of most pages
