Ter beantwoording van de vraag of de betrokken ondernemingen tezamen op een specifieke markt een collectieve eenheid vormen, moeten de economische banden of correlaties tussen die ondernemingen worden onderzocht, en moet inzonderheid worden nagegaan, of tussen de betrokken ondernemingen economische banden bestaan die hen in staat stellen gezamenlijk op te treden, onafhankelijk van hun concurrenten, hun afnemers en de consumenten.
