Vulcanus Alumni and EU-Japan Centre

Het Vulcanus programma wordt georganiseerd door het 'EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation' en bestaat uit industriële stages van zowel EU als Japanse studenten. De deelnemers worden gekozen uit een selectie van de beste studenten, die of in het laatste jaar van hun Bachelor zitten of een Master of PhD volgen. Het doel is om een pool van toekomstige leidinggevenden kennis te laten maken met de Japanse bedrijfscultuur (en Japanse studenten met de Nederlandse) om bij toekomstige werkgevers de zakelijke relatie tussen Europa en Japan aan te scherpen. De 'EU-Japan Centre for Industrial Cooperation' is een unieke samenwerking tussen de Europese Commissie (Directorate-General for Enterprise & Industry) en het Japanse Ministerie van Economie, Handel en Industrie (METI).
