Au Pair Spain is a small scale au pair agency, based in Barcelona. They offer traditional au pair opportunities, but also offer programs for 30+ au pairs, au pair who like horses, au pairs as a couple, homestay for companionship. Au Pair Spain welcomes au pairs from abroad that want to be an au pair in Spain. They also help Spanish speaking people to find an au pair job in the USA, Europe, Australia or New Zealand.

Au Pair Spain is a small scale au pair agency which is located in the centre of Barcelona. The agency offers au pairs "the possibility to get to know the way of life of Spanish families, speak Spanish, make friends, travel and have an unforgettable experience." The agency also mediates for families in other European countries and even in the USA and China. Au Pair Spain treats every application personally and selects the families carefully.

Au pair programme

  • As an au pair you will take care of the children and do some small domestic tasks. In return you will receive accommodation and meals with the family and a monthly amount as pocket money for your expenses.
  • You will have sufficient time to attend a language course and have a minimum of one free day per week, a weekend per month.
  • There are possibilities to work as an au pair in, among other countries, Spain, Denmark and the USA. 

Language Tutor programme

  • Aside the au pair programme this agency also offers a Language Tutor programme for young people (age 18-30) who speaks English, French, German or Italian as a native language and would like to live with a Spanish family.
  • Furthermore the tutor needs to have a university degree or similar and is willing to stay for at least 1-3 months all year round. "The Tutor receives sustenance and accommodation in exchange for giving 15 hours of classes in his/her mother tongue. The Tutor is treated like as a member of the family."
