  • Heart for Change is a motivated foundation in Colombia that supports the "Dream of bilingual Colombia". The foundation is part of a National Development Plan in which the amount of English speakers in the country is aimed to increase.

  • The foundation is located in Colombia and the volunteer projects take place throughout the country. 
  • Volunteers from many countries in the world have come to Colombia to support the education system.
