Hoorcollege 7: Ethiek - Neuropsychologische Diagnostiek (UU)
Een psycholoog handelt:
- Verantwoordelijk: kwaliteit en continuïteit, zorgvuldig handelen, volledigheid en actualiteit van het dossier en voorkomen van misbruik van resultaten en rapportages
- Integer: betrouwbaarheid, rolintegriteit (kun je een relatie aangaan?), eerlijkheid, aanhouden of stoppen van de behandeling? Alleen vragen wat noodzakelijk is
- Respectvol: lichamelijke integriteit, informatie verstrekking, toegankelijkheid tot dossier, geheimhouding, inzage in rapportage, correctie, etc van gegevens. Accepteren van patiënt.
- Onbewust racisme: etnocentrisme, klachtenpresentatie, afwijzing hulpverleners, wat doe je bij een crisis?
- Deskundig: ethisch reflecteren, vakbekwaam, weet waar je grenzen liggen, professionele verantwoording af kunnen leggen voor je handelen.
De Algemene Standaard Testgebruik NIP: een richtlijn over hoe je je dient te gedragen tijdens het afnemen van tests. Bestaat uit o.a.:
- Testkeuze moet je kunnen verantwoorden
- Ook je methoden en conclusie moet je kunnen onderbouwen
- Geen testformulieren meegeven
- Regels van de rapportage
