Wat zijn de veranderingen in de hoorcolleges?
Er is in de sheetnotes uit 2015 geen college over stemmingsstoornissen vanuit psychosociaal perspectief. Daarom de volgende onderwerpen die aanbod kwamen tijdens college:
Er wordt onderscheid gemaakt tussen de volgende stemmingsstoornissen:
Depressieve stoornis: anhedonie en/of sombere stemming
Disruptieve stemmingsdisregulatie stoornis: meer woede en irritatie
Persisterende depressieve stoornis (dysthymie): minder ernstig maar wel chronischer
Bipolaire stemmingsstoornissen
type I:
- Manische episode(s)
- Depressieve episode(s)
- type II:
- Hypomanische episode(s)
- Depressieve episode(s
Behandeling bij bipolaire stoornis:
- Psychoeducatie, CGT (gedragsactivatie en cognitieve herstructurering), gezinsgerichte therapie (communicatietraining, problemen oplossen), interpersoonlijke en sociaal-ritme therapie (regelmaat slaap-waak ritme en dagelijkse routines)
Psychofarmaca:
- lithium, valproinezuur, carbamazepine en lamotrigine, sommige
- atypische antipsychotica
Welke onderwerpen worden besproken die niet worden behandeld in de literatuur?
