Thank you for your reaction, Dennis! I also read this opinion (also written in Dutch) about the subject: http://www.joop.nl/opinies/detail/artikel/24998_waar_blijft_onze_quinoa/, which was a different view and also describes new opportunities for making quinoa in Europe. Making quinoa in Europe sounds like a solution in the first place, but is maybe a bad solution for the farmers... Nevertheless, I am very curious what the future will bring!
