Het vak Geschiedenis van de Psychologie focust zich op de geschiedenis van het vakgebied Psychologie, waarbij verschillende pioniers en theoretische standpunten worden behandeld. Een aantal tips voor het leren zijn:

Het helpt bij het leren om de denkers die worden behandeld in chronologische volgorde neer te zetten van wanneer ze leefden (zo leer je dat Skinner niet met Leibniz zat te corresponderen).

Het is goed om per theoretische standpunt de naam van de standpunt op te schrijven, uit te leggen wat het is, wie die standpunt aanhangt en welke theoretische standpunt tegenover deze standpunt staat (en wat dat inhoudt en wie die theorie aanhangt).

Het debat tussen Hobbes (als empirist/materialist/mechanist) en Descartes (als nativist/rationalist/dualist) komt zeker terug op het tentamen. Goed leren!
