• If you want to purchase subscription services, you are able to do so with the same form as the one to become a JoHo member

How does registering, logging in & creating a password work

• As a new JoHo member you automatically receive an online account at joho.org, which you can activate with a link that you will receive in your mailbox

Are you able to become a member without an IBAN/SEPA bank account?

• With a lot of organizations JoHo cooperates on a barter deal basis. This is a type of partnership where none of the two organizations pays or charges fees, or where lowest possibile fees are calculated.
• Starting-point within these kind of deals is that organizations work cost neutral and organizations exchange equally: advertorial-advertorial, banner-banner, flyer-flyer, etc.

Sponsoring

• Organizations can sponsor JoHo initiatives like World Supporter and The World Summary Bank.
• Organizations can sponsor JoHo partner initiatives like Smokey Projects.

Subsidy requests

• JoHo is a non-profit organization with limited usage of subsidy facilities.
• JoHo is always willing to have a look at joint subsidy requests, as long as there is a focus on talent development and international cooperation.

Link exchange

• Link exchanges are possible, JoHo has a special link exchange page.
• Most of all links are being exchanged with organizations offering a special value or discount for JoHo members.

Foundations & Social Enterprises

• If you run a foundation and/or social enterprise, please make use of JoHo's free Barter Membership system
• Under this system, fees and costs have been reduced considerably to facilitate a lot of smaller (and sometimes bigger) colleague organizations making use of The World of JoHo.
• With a free Barter Membership also organizations with smaller budgets can profit from exposure in JoHo channels and JoHo facilities
• Channels and facilities are being offered at, or sometimes even under, cost price.

Projects aimed at International Development

• If you run an international development project or business, please make use of JoHo's Barter Membership system and/or use JoHo's fee World Supporter platform

Comprehensive product range

• JoHo is one of the few organizations where you can directly purchase a comprehensive range of foreign insurances from a variety of insurers. As with our other products and services, we believe that you should be able to choose between the best, the most cost effective and the most specialized insurance.

Combinations possible

• JoHo offers various possibilities from combining insurances to assisting in transferring from one insurer to another.

No price difference

• When you purchase an insurance policy through JoHo, you will not pay anymore than if you had purchased it directly from the insurer. Sometimes (through special collective agreements) you will pay even less.

Extra support

• JoHo offers support with problems that may arise with the insurer. Sometimes disagreement with claims, cancellation notice or insurance premiums can occur. In this situation it helps if you have the assistance of an organization who has an established relationship with the insurer.

2 - Ga terug naar WorldSupporter.org, en maak een account aan met hetzelfde e-mailadres
3 - Geef bij het account aanmaken de status van je JoHo WorldSupporter membership aan, en je kunt je services direct gebruiken

• Je hebt nu online toegang tot alle gratis en alle exclusieve samenvattingen en studiehulp op WorldSupporter.org en JoHo.org

Hoe log je in?

• Ga naar de inlogpagina om in te loggen of gebruik de 'sign in' link rechtsboven in het menu, zichtbaar op elke pagina.

Je bent je gebruikersnaam of wachtwoord vergeten, wat nu?

• In plaats van je gebruikersnaam kan je ook met je e-mail adres inloggen.
• Wachtwoord vergeten? Klik op de 'sign in' link rechtsboven op elke pagina en kies voor 'nieuw wachtwoord aanvragen'.
• Je krijgt vervolgens een link waarmee je kunt inloggen en direct wordt doorverwezen naar een pagina waar je een nieuw wachtwoord moet instellen. De link die je ontvangt is 1 dag geldig. Voer daarom direct een nieuw wachtwoord in. Let op dat je wachtwoord hoofdletter gevoelig is, check daarom even of Caps Lock aanstaat.
• Als de problemen met je wachtwoord blijven bestaan probeer dan eens met met een andere browser in te loggen (bijvoorbeeld Firefox of Chrome, afhankelijk van wat je al hebt geprobeerd) en zet je wachtwoord manager functie uit als je daar gebruik van maakt.

Je krijgt een foutmelding als je een persoonlijk profiel aan wilt maken?

• Wil je een profiel (account) aanmaken en ben je al JoHo donateur of abonnee (Member)? Gebruik dan hetzelfde e-mailadres als bij je inschrijving (dat e-mailadres gebruik je ook voor het inloggen op joho.org).
• Krijg je de melding dat het mailadres al in gebruik is? Gebruik dan de 'wachtwoord vergeten' optie om opnieuw toegang tot je account te krijgen.
• Wissel van browser of apparaat. Lukt het in een andere browser ook niet, probeer het dan later nog eens. Het kan zijn dat er wordt gewerkt aan verbeteringen van de website.

Je bent ingelogd maar kunt toch niet alle gedeelde materialen lezen

• Supporters kunnen er bij het plaatsen van hun bijdrages voor kiezen om het toegangsniveau op 'JoHo WorldSupporter Member with full access' te zetten.
• Om zeker te zijn dat je toegang hebt tot alle gedeelde JoHo WorldSupporter bijdragen dien je een 'JoHo WorldSupporter donateur MET volledige online toegang' te zijn.
• Ben je nog geen donateur? Je kunt je het registratieformulier op joho.org invullen en daarna in je account aangeven dat je 'JoHo WorldSupporter Member with full access' bent. Je hebt dan direct de aanvullende toegangsrechten.
• Ben je al donateur geworden en heb je toch geen toegang? Op je profiel kan je zelf de toegang wijzigen naar 'I am a JoHo WorldSupporter member with full access' als je dit nog niet hebt gedaan

Je had toegang tot alle gedeelde materialen, maar plotseling niet meer

• Als het toegangsniveau van je WorldSupporter account is verlaagd dan komt het e-mailadres dat je bij je WorldSupporter account hebt gebruikt niet overeen met een geldige donatie of abonnement. Dit kan verschillende oorzaken hebben.
  • Het mailadres van je WorldSupporter account is niet hetzelfde als dat van je donateursregistratie.
  • De automatische incasso voor je donatie is mislukt
• Indien een incasso is mislukt, wordt er door JoHo WorldSupporter contact met je opgenomen, check eventueel je spamfolder om te zien of je een bericht hebt gemist
• Om aan te geven dat je een tweede mailadres wilt registreren bij je JoHo donatie dien je in te loggen op joho.org en het wijzigingsformulier in te vullen.
