Open vragen zijn vragen die niet met een simpel ja of nee beantwoord kunnen worden. Ze nodigen de ander uit om te denken, te reflecteren en uitgebreide antwoorden te geven.
Wat zijn de belangrijkste kenmerken van open vragen?
- Geen ja/nee antwoord: Open vragen beginnen vaak met woorden als 'wat', 'waarom', 'hoe' of 'beschrijf'.
- Uitnodigend: Open vragen creëren een sfeer waarin de ander zich vrij voelt om te praten.
- Diepgang: Open vragen bevorderen diepere discussies en leidden tot meer inzicht.

Aandachtspunten
- Stel de juiste vragen: Zorg ervoor dat de vragen relevant zijn voor de situatie en het doel van het gesprek.
- Luister aandachtig: Luister goed naar de antwoorden van de ander en stel vervolgvragen.
