Doingoood is een stichting die vrijwilligerswerk, stages en reizen in Afrika organiseert voor jong en oud. De stichting heeft projecten in verschillende landen en biedt daarnaast ook begeleiding voor en tijdens je avontuur.

- Je hebt de operationele verantwoordelijkheid op de bestemming en zorgt voor de continuïteit en stabiliteit van de organisatie.
- Je begeleidt vrijwilligers, stagiairs en reizigers tijdens hun verblijf en activiteiten in Malawi en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt.
- Je hebt een belangrijke rol in het runnen van ‘de zakelijke kant’ op jouw bestemming. Je bouwt sterke relaties op met lokale projectpartners, waarborgt de kwaliteit van de samenwerkingen en benut kansen voor de organisatie.

- Competenties: netwerken, plannen, visie hebben, creatief zijn, inleven.
- Je ontvangt een semi lokaal salaris en je verzekering en vliegticket naar Nederland worden vergoed.
- Je bent in deze pittige functie primair verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en groei van de organisatie op jouw bestemming.
