- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken op het tentenkamp en informeert gasten over activiteiten en safari's die zij kunnen ondernemen.
- Je stuurt een team van lokale koks, obers, schoonmakers, monteurs en gidsen aan en zorgt er samen met hen voor dat gasten een onvergetelijke tijd beleven.
Wat hou je er aan over?
- Competenties: creatief zijn, plannen, visie hebben, stressbestendig zijn, ondernemen.
- Je ervaart hoe het is om in de 'bush' te wonen en hoe je creatief om kan gaan met de beperkte hulpmiddelen die aanwezig zijn.
- Je woont op het luxe tentenkamp; accommodatie en eten zijn inbegrepen. Daarnaast ontvang je een maandelijkse vergoeding.
Wat neem je mee?
- Compententies: communiceren, leidinggeven, servicegericht zijn, professioneel handelen.
- Je hebt ervaring in de toerismesector en/of op het gebied van management.
- Je bent flexibel en vindt het geen probleem om lange dagen te maken.
